How we work
Four stages, every engagement.
Whether it's a small automation fix or an ongoing consulting relationship, we use the same process — because starting with the technology is how most AI projects go wrong.
Educate
Before anything else, everyone involved needs to actually understand what AI can and can't do — in plain terms, without the jargon. This isn't a sales presentation. It's the groundwork for a good decision later.
Discover
We map how your organisation actually works day to day: the workflows, the reporting obligations, the systems you're already using, the pressure points your team already knows about but hasn't had time to fix.
Understand
With that picture in front of us, we work out what would genuinely help — and just as importantly, what wouldn't. Not every problem needs AI. Some need a smaller process change, or nothing at all.
Apply
Only then do we build anything in — gradually, with your team involved at every step, and human oversight staying exactly where it should: with your people.
How engagements are scoped
Built around your size, budget and funding cycle.
Every engagement starts with a conversation and a scoped assessment, not a fixed package. We'll talk about what makes sense for your organisation's size, budget and funding cycle before anything is agreed — including whether an engagement can be structured to fit around a specific grant or funding round.
If you're not sure where to start, the AI Readiness Assessment is designed as exactly that: a low-risk, structured first step.
What changes as we go
Your team ends up knowing more than when we started.
